The unique DPP IV (Dipeptidylpeptidase IV) enzyme has a targeted effect on the proline bonds typically found in cereal grain proteins.
In addition, Gluten Digest contains proteases and amylases to break down other protein and carbohydrate elements that are commonly present in these types of foods.
