  • St Johns wort is a herb that possesses mood uplifting and anti anxiety effects due to its ability to raise serotonin levels.
  • It has been used in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

  • Standardised herbal extract & powder eqvt to:
  • St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) Standardised to 0.2% (5:1) Hypericins   300mg
  • Equivalent to 1500mg St John's wort powder

DIRECTIONS: ADULTS: One tablet two to three times daily with water before
meals, as required, or as recommended by your health care professional.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
