  • The small droplets of Phytomist™ Vitamin B12 Oral Spray are quickly absorbed by the soft tissue of the mouth due to their high permeability and the nearness of the rich vascular system. This bypasses the digestive system, which often has inefficient nutrient absorption, allowing for optimal entry into the bloodstream.
  • Vitamin B12 is difficult to absorb via the gastrointestinal tract due to factors such as digestive efficiency and the presence of intrinsic factor. Furthermore, fatigue, stress, illness, and dietary deficiencies often contribute to slowed absorption.

Each dose of 4 sprays contains:

  • Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) 100 μg
  • Contains sweetener: xylitol 291 mg
  • Preservative: potassium sorbate 0,15 %

Directions: Adults and children from 1 years and older: Use 4 sprays per day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
