Sfera Magnesium Citrate

Restless, cramping, tingling legs and muscles, then give this product a try. Helps to ease muscle tension bringing about a restful nights sleep. Best taken before bedtime with added benefit of a good passage of stool in the morning with a magnesium supplement.
