Directions:

Top Tip- put a serving of this whey in the fridge for an hour and eat it like a dessert mousse! Delicious and nutritious!

Carnage Conquer Whey Protein

I generally bloat quite easily from excess dairy intake, however I feel much better on this protein supplement. It has added digestive enzymes to help my body with digestion and fiber which keeps me feeling fuller for longer.
