- Just one scoop packs 3.2g of beta-alanine, 2.5g of betaine, 350mg of caffeine and 4g of L-citrulline for nitric oxide support, focus and muscle building energy.
- Features a clinical 3.2g dose of beta-alanine. A key researched ingredient that can enhance the muscle- and strength-building process by supporting carnosine levels, produced in the body. This helps to reduce lactic acid buildup which can decrease fatigue for better muscle performance during intense training.
- Betaine is a compound found naturally in the body and in beets and spinach. However, this formula delivers the scientifically studied 2.5g – an amount that was shown to help test subjects gain significantly more muscle compared to placebo in a 6-week study. In fact, test subjects gained 3.75 lbs. of lean muscle while the placebo group gained only 0.66 lbs! That’s over 5.5 times the muscle gained versus the placebo group. In another study, active college males taking 2.5g of betaine per day for 2 weeks improved muscle endurance (squats) and increased the quality of repetitions performed!
- Formulated with a research-tested dose of pure L-citrulline, an amino acid that has been scientifically shown to convert into L-arginine in the body better than taking L-arginine itself. L-arginine can then be converted into nitric oxide. What’s more, the formula delivers CitraPeak™ and scientifically researched NO3-T® red spinach extract, to further support increases nitric oxide levels, vasodilation and intense shirt-splitting muscle pumps.
