Amount Per Serving 

  • Pantothenic Acid (as dexpanthenol) 10 mg
  • L-Carnitine (Free Form) 1500 mg (1.5 g)

Ingredients: Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water, Citric Acid, Natural Lemon Flavor, Potassium Sorbate (preservative), Sodium Benzoate (preservative).

SHAKE WELL before use. As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablespoon (15 mL) twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Solgar L-Carnitine liquid

The tastiest by far. Only a table spoon is needed. Really helps with firming and toning of the stubborn areas like the tummy and thighs. Also noticed better recovery after exercise.
