Omega fatty acids are essential fats that support cardiovascular, neurological and immune health.
This product contains omegas in a specific health promoting ratio, that should be found in your body, making this a great omega supplement.
Omega 3's and omega 6's are metabolised by the same enzymes so they need to be consumed in a balanced proportion - the ideal omega 6 to 3 ratio is between 1:1 and 4:1 (But most urban diets deliver omega-6 heavy ratios between 10:1 and 30:1).

Ingredients: Purified, molecularly distilled, pharmaceutical-grade omega-3 fish oil, pure, cold-pressed borage (starflower) oil, softgel capsules (gelatine, water, glycerine)

Each 2-capsule dose provides:

1200mg of omega-3 (mostly EPA & DHA)
220mg of omega-6 (GLA & linoleic acid)
80mg of omega-9 (oleic acid)

Directions: For maintenance, take 2 capsules daily with food. This can be increased to 2 capsules twice daily.
