  • St John's Wort is a powerful herb that can be used to treat depression and nerve pain, though it must be noted that one needs to be careful if one is already taking anti-depressants as an interaction between the two may occur.
  • Taking St John's Wort together with Valerian may enhance the effects as the two work synergistically.

Serving Size: 1 Vegetable Capsule
Amount Per Serving 

  • Standardized St. John's Wort Extract (aerial) (hypericin 1 mg [0.3%]) 300 mg
  • Raw St. John's Wort Powder (aerial) 100 mg

Other Ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, PhytO2X Blend (L-ascorbic acid, natural beta-carotene).

As an herbal dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
