I’ve been using Lactobacillus gasseri for a while and have noticed some improvement in digestion and less bloating. It seems to help with overall gut comfort and regularity. I have been suffering from Osteoarthritis for some years and was, until recently, unable to form a fist with my fingers - I could only lower them halfway to my hand. Over the past six months, I've been taking this product once a day at breakfast, and was pleased to find that I could make a fist again after three months. My fingers still feel stiff and aching from time to time, but not as inflexible as before. I say this knowing that there is no cure for Osteoarthritis, but I have at least achieved some relief.

I decided to test this product, and went without it for a month. I noticed my fingers and joints started to become painful and ache. As soon as I started taking it again, all pain was gone. I won't be without it going forward.
