This is a fantastic product for managing inflammation if you do not wish to take anti-inflammatory products for long-term usage. The main thing is to keep up daily use to maintain the curcumin levels in the body.

I recently purchased this jar of tahini and absolutely love it. I have used it in hummus and salads. Just a little goes a long way due to its rich flavour abd creamy texture. Make sure you keep refrigerated and stir well before use!

The fish oil has all the known benefits of essential omegas without the risks of heavy metals etc found in so many similar products. It's flavour is subtle and doesn't repeat the way some fish oils do.

I find it helps me go the distance during exercise and has cognitive benefits.

I am unable to tolerate most vitamin C supplements due to acidity issues. However, Coyne liposomal vitamin C is very well tolerated and caused me no acidity issues. An excellent product.
